   Feature

   Fuel: gas is provided as heating source to get high efficient job. Automatic ignition system with overload control to cut off power after alarm when something wrong for safety production. Automatic temperature control with insulation to use energy efficiently. PLC is fitted to control processing sequences in correct order. Adjustment: --Tumbler and spindle speed are adjusted by inverter. --Wafer strip thickness is adjusted by roller gap. --Wafer stick diameter is adjusted by changing forming spindle. --Wafer stick length is adjusted by knife position with photo sensor control.
